We've already covered Kyousuke - though Kidou has a chance of figuring out amidst Sayaka's befuddled feelings that she is in ridiculous, over the top, pining 15 year old love with the dude. If he would pick up on that sort of thing.
Madoka has been her best friend since childhood, though Sayaka's internally imposed strain on their relationship - she can't stand the idea that this Madoka was at another place as bad the tower before coming here, and that it's obviously hurt her a lot and that she just can't do anything about it...
Considering there was a different Sayaka at facility and she knows it, Sayaka also feels like if she hangs out around Madoka too much, she'd be bringing up painful memories of that other Sayaka.
Mami is someone Sayaka idolizes and idealizes. She represents a world where things didn't go Wrong, unlike the wrong Sayaka sees inherent in her own timeline. Sayaka wants to protect her and keep the tower from ruining that perceived purity...! She's still her mentor, though.. Sayaka closes herself off a lot, but it's Mami who hugged her when the tower nearly first brought her to cry, and it was Mami who was the only person to stay around from some version of home for a long time.
Homura is Complicated. Sayaka's old impression of her as this threatening and untrustworthy person has heartily crumbled - she's still rather standoffish to the girl on principal, but it's nearly in a habitual way rather than purposefully. She doesn't care about being the 'wrong' Sayaka around Homura, since they weren't any sort of close back home.
Sayaka holds no hard feelings to Kyouko, but that's pretty much a given, especially with all the time she's had to mull outside of cnaon. She'd actually like to see Kyouko more, though is a little wary on principal because of what she knows - that a different Kyouko in the past was along for the ride when Sayaka became a Witch back home, so what's this one's opinion on that...? It's a big question mark..
As for Kyuubey, she is going to punch a hole through all of the hims if she ends up meeting any 'freshly minted' Puella Magi (not that those can actually happen in the tower, but she doesn't know that). She's not immediately violent to him on sight, though, but she is inclined to be antagonistic.
