ANYWAY, SAYAKA SPECIFIC STUFF:

puella magi can sense magical individuals but it's not an exact sense.
they can also track them by a 'magic signature' if it's not been too long (a day or so) since the magical person has been somewhere

HOWEVER it is not direct at all, more pointing to a general area and saying "Yeah! Maybe!"

in the show it's shown sort of like playing hot and cold, wave your soul gem in a direction and it says "there's magic!"

sayaka's a low tier puella magi in terms of this kind of intuition, so it's totally fine to rule out her missing things.

Would anything obscure your character's magic from her? He IS capable of masking it and hiding his presence to the point of "I am not here", but that's usually an intentional subterfuge thing. If he's not hiding/playing invisible, it's probably noticeable.

Would anything obscure your character's magic from her? Nothing really, but Break is able to do some weird stuff with his Chain, it seems he's usually known to have it by reputation or once released, honestly; I think most of the time it's in stasis, being legally contracted and all.

This is Kamijou Touma! (Not to be confused with the other Kamijou that she will never be with because she is a Moe Lich.) He is about as magical as a brick and his name shall forever remind her of her unrequited love! They should be friends!

Anyway, I have a question: Do you know what will happen if Touma touched Sayaka (Not like that!) with Imagine Breaker? Here is a link explaining Imagine Breaker. Basically, he can make supernatural stuff go poof when he touches it with his right hand.

I think it would break the connection between her body and soul gem for as long as he touches her and render her a corpse. She would be perfectly fine afterwards.(Not mentally!)

Hi there! This is Sayaka-mun on the wrong account!

I definitely like the idea of this, and should give onr heads up - in the past I asked a moderator about what happens to a soul gem in Animus when separated from the body, and the answer was that the soul gem in question experiences excruciating pain rather than simply going into dormancy, until being reunited back with the body.

This effects little of how things would go when Imagine Breaker ends up used - but I did figure a heads up that she would wake up Not Happy rather than just out of it was a good idea.
